Palmtell provides AI-powered palm reading and astrology services for entertainment purposes only. Our service includes:

• Palm photo analysis using artificial intelligence
• Personality, life path, career, relationship, health, and lucky number insights
• Daily and monthly horoscope content
• Educational content about palmistry and astrology

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Plans

Palmtell offers a one-time Basic plan and monthly or annual Pro and Ultimate subscriptions. Each account is entitled to one palm reading. The plan you choose determines which sections of your reading are unlocked and which additional features (such as horoscopes) you can access.

Paid Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Lemon Squeezy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for any content you upload, including palm photos. You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Palmtell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.
